A working day for Radiation Therapists at our practice entails working a 8 hour day (Monday to Friday over a 9 day fortnight) at our sites in Wembley and Royal Perth Hospital.
This practice provides HDR brachytherapy, external beam and superficial radiation therapy services. Radiation Therapists operate on a rotating roster through Simulation, Planning and Treatment. We are currently implementing IMRT and IGRT programs and have moved to IMPAC Mosaiq to manage treatment delivery.

You must hold a current statement of accreditation with the Australian Institute of Radiography. Appointed Radation Therapists will be required to obtain registration and licensing applicable for Western Australia.
